Create Multi Site Wordpress Such that the names dont have /blog and the names of sites have subdomains

i have a domain and i want to have in the domain few sites [login to view URL] - will act as forums comunity and index of things inside [login to view URL] - woocommerce shop [login to view URL] - video site i can create above but the url is not clean 1. [login to view URL] in sites come out as [login to view URL] i dont want the blog prefix 2. [login to view URL] should be shop site, but the shop part is displayed as [login to view URL] i want it such that [login to view URL] will be shop shomepage and [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] because [login to view URL] will be the other site which will be forums etc 3. [login to view URL] to be video site same as shop this has to be the video sites main page and [login to view URL] will have videos the task is simple for person who knows and can complete in 2 hours maximum. after the setup is done please give me simple direction so that in future when i need to create a 4th site what i have to do Also the multisite be inside a subdirectory of the Host and the Subdirectory should not be visible eg: the multisite installation is here [login to view URL] so all my 3 sites look like this at present [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] i want it setup as [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Please dont apply for the project if u cant do it.. i have acome across many articles on how to do it, but i am lost
