Data Extraction from website to store in MYSQL database

I need data extracted from an online website. The website has roughly 70,000 records and I need to collect about 8 Fields of information from each record. I then need the records put into a MYSQL database. From my understanding its a fairly straightfoward project which needs the skillset of PHP scripting and a knowledge of MYSQL databases.
The fields for each record are spread across only 2 pages. The "First Name" & "Last Name" fields are on one page and you click on that and all the other needed data is on the second page.
The person that will complete the project will receive very detailed instructions with pictures to show exactly whats needed.
I will need them spread across 3 MYSQL databases named differently...Same thing but broken down for manageability
