I need a custom career management system. The whole idea is to have a job application form where after a successful entry, the system sends emails to job seeker and employer, confirming submission success and notifying of new application, respectively.
The employer will have a dashboard that will show submitted entries as well as provide a means to click and send an email to applicant, saying you have gotten a job or your application is being reviewed or we don't currently require your services.
My budget for this is not very high as its for a little project I'm running. I want to have this job application form to gather candidates for a small competition organization. The most I could spend is $250-$500.
The timeline should not be more than two weeks from when an agreement is reached.
