Hi,
I want customization in a wordpress plugin called 'Wordpress Advanced Ticket System'. It's a support ticket system for business. One can generate ticket for complaints, questions,etc. and admin or members give answer to it. Ticket open date (when customer complaints on mail) and status of ticket like resolved, closed or in process status is given there.
What I want to customization is time between ticket opened and resolved duration. Add the time duration column. You can refer screenshot. You can also download the plugin it's called ''Wordpress Advanced Ticket System' Wats.
It should also show the statistics graph if possible of total no. of tickets today, total no. of tickets resolved, etc.
Email piping is there in pro - plugin, but can open ticket through sms and get log activity through sms?

Hello, I have gone through your project description. I have checked the screenshot and can add the time duration too. But, for the graph statistics, please let me know what kind of graph you want to implement. We can use google graph API too.
Being an experienced wordpress developer, we can complete the project with in 1 day.

I have develop several plugins for my clients as well as modification of the plugin.
In your case you are talking about adding time of ticket creation and facility to show graph of open ticket and closed ticket in day.
if this is your problem and if you think I understand it correctly , I am avilable.
what I don't understand is that sms thing. so please explain it also.
