CL Auto Flagging tools

I need a "CL" flagging software that uses no proxies like the one from Ad Nuke ([url removed, login to view]). I need someone who can provide me a software without flagging restrictions as well. The reason why I don't want a CL flagging software that uses proxies is because I've tried them without any success. I understand that proxies must be located in the region of where an ad is posted in. But I flag ads in multiple cities (Specially Canada ). This is why I need a software that uses no proxies whatsoever similar or better than Ad Nuke.

Here's what I want in a Craigslist flagging software:

1. no proxies needed

2. no flagging restrictions

3. can flag ads within 10 minutes

4. can flag ads in multiple cities and countries

5. just put in the link to flag on the software

6. will work every time or in the long run
