Looking for an experienced web developer to develop a auto classified site simliar to [login to view URL] or motors.co.uk. Autotrader is the best to focus on to achieve what I am looking for in terms of features offered to end user.. Requirements : Classifieds : --------------- - New, used, wanted adverts - Sign up process for user and dealers - Entering in reg plate will populate as much of the car details as possible - bulk uploading via email/spreadsheet or some easier solution to make dealers life easier. Content for site : --------------------- Review cars Article to help buyers beware and know what to look out for, place in relevant areas on site related to what they for. Backend sections : ------------------------ Dealer account section will need tools to manage ads - to be discussed offline Advertising section, automate which ad space they want to acquire, what time/date. Approval can be done via control panel or a simple email from email account. Payment facility to pay for premium adverts and with future charges in mind to place an ad. For now ads will be free. Strategic plan to SEO site and get traffic. Backend CMS style setup to manage articles, users, adverts. A CMS system can be used if it doesnt hamper the site functionality and performance.
