This is a class assignment that can be open to interpretation. I will include the relevant article in .pdf format. The instructions are as follows: As necessary, create your own sample (short) data files to demonstrate operation of the software; or, use published sequence data retrieved from calculated results. Comment liberally in the program. Note too that you are expected only to demonstrate the fundamental algorithm in the simplest way possible, and not to duplicate the software developed by the original authors. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Since this is for a class project, please don't code using high level techniques.
