Automate posting to Google Plus.

I'd like a program that will automate making a post to Google Plus. There is no API available from Google for posting to Google Plus, so this job is to do the work required to imitate a posting to Google Plus made via a browser, or any other method to get a post to Google Plus from a specific user. Initially the work is for a purely text post, posted to the 'Public' circle. (I will pay more to bidders who agree to implement other features as part of this job, such as posting to specific circles, posting an image, posting a link).

It must run on a fresh install of Ubuntu [url removed, login to view] (installing packages from any recognised public repository is OK).

Pure PHP is preferable, other languages considered.

Code must be clear, unobfuscated and well commented, OO style strongly preferred.

Code must include an example usage that takes these inputs, and makes a post to Google Plus of the plain text provided.

Future work is likely as I will probably want to expand this to post pictures and links, and update the script if the method it uses stops working because of a change in G+'s service.
