I have code that shows a label's text over the Windows taskbar system clock. However, it will only show the whatever portion of the label's caption that is directly over the system clock, which is not very wide. I want to make the system clock's area wider so more of the text can be shown as it's scrolling. Please see the attachment to better understand. You will see that the text gets cut off.
The label must always cover the clock, no matter what the position (vertical or horizontal) or size of the taskbar.
If you know of another method that will allow for my entire label's caption to be seen, and for it to cover the clock, but not to cover any system tray icons, please inform me. The code must compatible with VB, but could be a dll written in another language.
Note:
Although this code is located under "Very Small Business", I have not actually established my business yet, and do not know when I will. I cannot afford to spend lots of money as I am a university student with a very limited amount of money. For this reason, the max bid I will accept is 40 USD. There is always the chance of bonuses though and I am very generous with my ratings of coders.
