Create Perl Script or EXE Application to Increase Esnips Flash Player Views

Create perl script or executable application that automatically increases the amount of Esnips flash player views. I should be able to insert a url to the script/software and increase the plays of the audio player. If possible - Script should support proxys. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows?
