Dear Coders, We are looking for custom build CMS development (or customizing existing open source or commercial script) for one of our upcoming projects. The project has huge amount data organized by state/county/city/zip and topics such us science, technology and education. We need to create system where admin can: 1. add/edit/delete unlimited number of database tables 2. access data fields in html pages 3. create and test queries 4. include those queries in php/perl files 5. render dynamic pages to static html pages (no mod_rewrite), or if its not feasible - caching 6. advanced search engine 7. comparing data between same type of location like city to city (user can compare up to 10 cities/counties/states/zips at a time) 8. comparing data between higher or lower level data like city to national, city to state, city to zip data 9. integration with existing graphing and mapping scripts (I’ll provide the script information only to selected bidders) 10. the urls should be all static and very clean like: [login to view URL] [[login to view URL]][1] [[login to view URL]][2] [[login to view URL]][3] [[login to view URL]][4] In your bid please include Option number with explanation why you chose that option and briefly explain how you are going to implement it: OPTION 1: Open Source CMS - which cms OPTION 2: Customizing Open Source CMS - which cms?
