clever pop-unders

I need some clever popunders that won't offend my visitors. A few variations -- they are all free on the net, but I'd like them all at once and don't have the time to look for them. One that pops on exit --- it needs to be preloaded. one that pops under after 20 seconds one that pops under and does not show in the task bar... I would like each script individually. And I would like a few pages setup. one page that on exit loads page two -- exit preloaded -- on exit loads page three and so on for 5 pages. One page setup that calls the timed pop and one page setup that does the poopunder with no reference in the taskbar. I need to control the menubar - size - scroll - and all those variables as well.
