Design Custom Suit E-Commerce Website and Logo(repost)

I would like a cloned website with the capabilities, features, and design tools of <[login to view URL]>. While [login to view URL] is a site for men, I need the design tools for men and women. I am a beginner in ecommerce, and I need a coder/web development team that is innovative enough to create, design, and optimize the site for me with little direction. Simply put, I would like for you to design and build a custom logo and ecommerce website for the purpose of selling custom tailored suits and other custom made clothing. I would prefer the website be built in asp, using a shopping cart such as the Volusion shopping cart (<[login to view URL]>), BV Commerce <[login to view URL]>, or Vevo Cart (<[login to view URL]>). If you can build a custom shopping cart, or know of a cart that provides better features than mentioned above, this is fine also. The website should be designed so that the customer can choose their preferred style, choose their fabric, and then customize their order. During the checkout process, the customer must be able to enter their custom measurements as part of the checkout process. If you have the experience to build such a detailed website, please bid ASAP!
