Design of brochures, CD and DVD-Amaray cover

Design of brochures, CD and DVD-Amaray cover I need the to print one CD and one DVD-Amaray cover and 3 brochures for 3 software products. All 3 softwares are medical imaging products, and will be delivered on the same CD in one DVD pack with the same DVD-Amaray cover. The users of the products are Radiologists in Hospitals. So the style has to be very serious and high end. It is needed to show images related to X-Ray and X-Ray images displayed on a monitor. You will need to create also the logo for the 3 products. You will receive from me the dimensions, text and screen copies of the 3 different software products to integrated. I can not provide you with other images than the screen ccopies. I plan to start the print job on October 24th, but need on October 8th a first version of the brochures as PDF. All final versions have to be delivered in editable file format like Indesign, Quark etc. Resolution 300 dpi and CMYK for European Standard printing. You should have experiance in preparing documents for offset printing. With you bid please deliver a mockup so that I can see you style and some examples of work you did in the past. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
