Adding wordpress blog to website

We are looking for freelancer or a company that can help us with Wordpress. At the moment we need these things fixed: Adding WP: Adding a wordpress blog that will be shown on three websites: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] But there should only be ONE blogg. What is written in the blog should apper on ALL websites. And if somebody insert comment it should show on all websites. The blog should use some kind of lead paragraph plugin. The blog should fit into the websites graphic design. (Se attached file as an example how it could look.) The three websites are pretty much built the same way so the only thing that needs to be changed in the blog section for each page is the color of the blog. Small fix on other page (Artist page): Fixing gigpress plugin so it shows old shows. (On the artist page we now have it installed it only shows coming show.) This is done by activating the "archive" option in gigpress plug in. As always we want our Wordpress partner to be an expert in wordpress. Being able to create own templates and have a strong skil in php for customizing the website.
