Connecting Prestashop to a shipping API

I'm looking for a developer with experience with Prestashop and shipping api's. To make a module that connects our Prestashop store to the API of a fulfilment and shipping company. The module is for a store that's already live so all changes have to be done with caution. When a new order comes in with the status payment accepted all the order details have to be sent to the API of the fulfillment company with the right parameters. In prestashop there isn't a separate field for the house number, and this is mandatory for the API so this has to be added to the checkout. After that the order status has to be checked regularly with the API of the fulfilment company and when the status changes to 'sent' it has to change the order status in Prestashop accordingly. The order fields of Prestashop have different names then the ones in the API, so there has to be a mapping or relabeling of these fields. All the info has to be sent and checked with a cronjob.
