Access VBA project

I have an in house Access VBA developer who is also responsible for wearing many hats in the company. His time towards the development of a project has been limited due to this. He has been working on a Microsoft 2003 Access solution which will complement our accounting system. It is part of a PO system and tracking the PO’s to jobs along with a part in billing. There will be up to 25 users that may be in the system at any time. We are getting very close to a deadline (end of month) where his system needs to be complete. He is close to being done but has hit a couple of roadblocks which are related not using and programming on a normal basis and needs guidance. I may need to bring in an outside developer to help him finish a couple pieces of the puzzle. This person would need to be able to hit the ground running and catch up very quick. They need to have the experience as a senior access developer preferably with experience developing in the construction arena but not required. I have given a deadline of next Wednesday for him to tell me if he can complete it buy the end of month, If not I have to get him the help. I am looking for someone to help him finish the project and fill in the blanks that are causing him to run into roadblocks? The time frame would obviously be mid-end of next week thru the end of the month to have it completed?
