I have embedded a freeware version of a java script accordian navigation into my website.? I have adjusted it to include all my links and used an image for the background.? It is currently set up to expand and contract upon mouseover, which is the only way people are able to navigate to some of the hyperlinks.? If it is set to expand and contract on click and there are no submenu items, you can't access the hyperlink.
In addition to the above problem, the accordian navigation has built in padding after each "button".? If I shrink the padding, the cell references go askew and on mouseover or click, it begins to drop down the wrong submenus.
I need someone to either adjust the existing code or start new to create the accordian navigation to function such that when someone clicks on an option, it either expands the submenu, takes them to the hyperlink, or shrinks the submenu accordingly.? All navigation buttons need to have 0 padding and still function properly.
## Deliverables
I am using Microsoft Expression Web to design the website.? The navigation is embedded into a dynamic web template that will be attached to all pages within the site.? I've attached the .dwt file with the existing navigation for you to reference and adjust as required.? Although part of my request is to correct the vertical spacing within the existing navigation, horizontal spacing must remain the same.
