Add two dropdowns to Contact Us form

Here is the link to the actual form that must be modified: <[login to view URL]> Please see this mock-up my client created: <[login to view URL]> The dropdown fields in the mockup need to be added to an existing form. **Requirements: ** * Both drop-downs are required fields and need validation to ensure that a value is selected. * The "**How did you find our site?**" dropdown needs additional validation rules if the "Other" value is selected. The form needs to validate that if the "Other" value is selected, that the corresponding "Other" text field must contain a value. If any other value is selected, the corresponding "Other" text field can be null. **Nice to have, but not a showstopper feature: ** * On the "**How did you find our site?**" dropdown, it would be nice if the corresponding "Other" text field is not available at all unless the "Other" value is chosen from the dropdown. (minus the includes/[login to view URL] files) Question: Are you just looking to add these dropdowns without using the zen cart API's? Answer: I DEFINITELY want to add these dropdowns added using Zen Cart API's. My apologies if I did not clearly communicate this in my original requirements. I will update the requirements to reflect this.
