Adjustments on existing web based file exchange platform

We use a web base file exchange platform which was specially designed for us using php and ajax.

Basically you have different customer accounts uploading pictures (job). All these pictures are collected in a working list. From that working list supplier accounts can download pictures do work on them and upload ready files to the system again (connected to the job). Then you have also an Admin account that can create new supplier/customer/admin accounts then can do reportings, tracking of files, etc. Attached are two videos showing how the relay works in a video for customers and for suppliers. This is for your better understanding.

In the attached package you also have a php file as a code sample to get an idea on how the code looks like.

We are looking for a coder who can do adjustments now and in the future to this system (we call it relay).

## Deliverables

If possible we would like to have changements done without the need of a reinstallation of the complete system as we are already live and working with the syste on a daily basis. We would like the following changements or bug fixes to existing functions: • Delete Jobs (for customer accounts) only possible when job in status “Waiting for Design Team?? • Delete Jobs for admin possible at any status. For suppliers not possible at all. • Reporting should show all jobs finished in that named time period including first and last day of set time period. Right now the reporting seems to be not correct in terms of that. • Supplier name should not be shown at 3D Modeling tab. Always and only show Alias. We would like to have the following additional functions: • Admin should have the possibility to write messages that are displayed below header. He should be able to set a message visible by all customers and one visible by all suppliers. He needs to have the possibility to change resp. delete Messages. Please do not include the following function into your bid. But name it seperatley. In case the price is ok we will have this function be done right away as well. • The admin should be able to create further tabs like the 2D to 3D one. Instead of “1. selecting reworking mode?? there should be a text field to enter text that will be displayed in file info at supplier view. The new tabs should function exactly as the 2D to 3D one. Admin should be able to set name of tab. And to determine which customer and which supplier is viewing the tab.
