Architectural Services Website Needs To Be Built

**Business Description**: I own an Architectural & Engineering Consultancy that specialises in designing and project managing high end Home Refurbishment & Renovation projects ranging from $250K to $5million. Our target clients are predominantly wives or girlfriends of successful entreprenuers/small business owners who have either bought an existing property to refurbish or need to extend their existing house to cater for a growing family ** Job Description:** I am looking to get a website built in CSS for my Architectural services company. The purpose of the website is to attract leads which opt in with the name & email for access to a free video they can watch. The emails will be stored with an email service provider (probably Aweber). In other words the website itself will be almost entirely focussed on my potential customers needs rather than on my business. I want the website to be designed in CSS. The general set up of the website is: ? Home Page with opt in video (all videos already recorded and done) ? Opt In Page with video ? Article Access Page with links to articles ? Around 12-15 Article Pages with opt ins to the side and Facebook Connect comments at the bottom ? Contact Us section ? Testimonial section ? Sales Pages accessed only in email autoresponder series these will be a combination of text sales pages or video Each page will be split tested. In general the type & style of site I am trying to emulate would be [login to view URL] (which has same target market) or [login to view URL] to give you an idea of the site I need built. I want my site to have much the same style and layout. The web pages I have mentioned above will be largley based on the similar types of pages on these 2 sites. I have most of the photos I need for the site and the articles are written and videos are shot too.
