Automated chat tool application

We would like an automated chat tool that is like the [login to view URL] application. See the website and watch demo to see how it works. Idea is that the chat tool opens when a person is leaving website and based on what the visitor types, the chat tool comes back with pre-defined answers and a one-time offer discount link to convince person to stay + buy. The differences would be: 1) Our tool would offer a 30-day free trial with full functionality. It would have 3 pricing points - 100 chats a month, 1000 chats a month and unlimited at $7, $27, $47. 2) Integrate pricing with clickbank for monthly subscription for payment. 3) Create a wizard for setting up the chat answers to use on the website of the person. It would take the user step-by-step to create some of the frequently asked questions + answers as well as a discount offer to include in the chat tool and give the user the links to put on their website + verify they were put up all correctly. Allow different campaigns so that a user can create a chat transcript per product being sold with the questions/answers and special offer. For ours, there is no affiliate program section. This is handled by clickbank. Their program requires payment per sale. Our system is a flat fee per month.
