Chat Server System

Description: We run a small forum/chat site which at present uses the Msn chat ocx for web users, but can be accessed using a mIRC script using [login to view URL] we are presently in talks with an ircd server which is more secure. We are looking for someone who could edit te msn chat ocx with added features we require such as the following but not exaustive list 1)The overall interface will not be too different from what we are currently used to.(msn chat look) 2)split screen for chat and irc trace 3)approx New emoticons 4)The option for users to change colour or skin of the chatroom(although this has not been decided on yet whether to implement) 5)Broatcast Message (msnchat stands there) must be our Network name This must be easy because i have seen some done in one day. Also these are not set in concrete but are just a few of our ideas and are obviously open to discussion. We are looking for someone who can offer support during beta testing and instalation also, preferably someone who understands how Msn chat used to work & visual basic so we dont have to keep explaining things(sorry if this sounds rude or harsh) project time limit is open to discussion
