Create the scripting that will enable an affiliates cookie to be passed to the QuickPayPro ([login to view URL]) shopping cart affiliate system when using the [login to view URL] email service.
Essentially, we want to use icontact to send out emails... and QuickPayPro to track affiliate opt ins and purchases.
The website at:
[login to view URL] is using the EXACT same set up... we want EXACTLY what they've got going. Their opt in form is an icontact opt in form... when the visitor opts in they are taken through a script which registers the cookie and opt in in the QuickPayPro system... then forwards the visitor to the thank you page.
## Deliverables
W/ the website that is currently using this set up I dug into their process and when the visitor opts in they are forwarded (behind the scenes) to this page:
[login to view URL]
This page carries all of the opt in info w/ it. This php script automatically forwards to the thankyou page seamlessly.
I had to manually stop the brower before it could forward... here is the code they had:
<html><head><meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1" /><title>Transferring...</title></head><body> <form action="[login to view URL]" method="POST" NAME="Form"> <input type="hidden" name="listid" value="24"> <input type="hidden" name="userid" value="4"> <input type="hidden" name="redirect" value="[login to view URL]"> <input type="hidden" name="s_email" value=""> <input type="hidden" name="s_first_name" value=""> <input type="hidden" name="home_phone" value=""> </form> <script type="text/javascript"> [login to view URL]['Form'].submit(); </script> </body></html>
This may save you some time. I'm sure there is another script... maybe
on the server that does some more of the work... but I thought
I'd give this to you in case it could save you some time.
