All graphics will be supplied, along with layout, logo's etc. I will also require CMS (content management) for multiple pages eg: home, news, gallery etc.. I require a website, based on the following link: <[login to view URL]> Although, this is just a reference point, the website will require active forums, that can be checked an varified by the administrator!This? will also be? a site where the consumer can complain or compliment a company or service provider (SP). This is a consumer based sound board, basically allowing consumers to voice their opinion online regarding? services, support, customer care or anything on a broad spectrum. All the complaints and compliments are visible to all users The trick is that every time someone complains or compliments a company or SP (service provider)? an e mail and sms if required is sent to an e mail address and or cell no. at the company. The company then has the option to reply on line for all to see, or to contact the complainant at the details that are only given to them to deal with the complaint.? There is also an additional function for the complainant to reply to the response and the company again to respond. The companies and? service providers will? have to pay a yearly registration fee and a monthly fee to be able to get the complaints or compliments. Therefore there will need to be a back office facilty for this. With history etc, The thing is that once people start using the site, the companies will want to see the complaints or compliments so that they can respond.
