Convert Static HTML Pages Into Wordpress

I am looking for someone who is a wordpress expert to convert my static html site to wordpress. If you know what you're doing, this should be a breeze for you. I learned how to do it myself. But I don't trust myself to do it. I prefer to let the experts do what they do best. Right now, my site has some very impressive rankings in google for highly competitive keywords. I don't want to make big G mad and drop my rankings. You have to know exactly what you're doing. You must keep all the seo tags in place or even suggest some. Most of the pages are .htm although I may have a couple in html. I also want to keep all the current structure for all the existing files on the site. I can't tell you how pages I have that are indexed. You'd have to find out yourself in google. I can tell you that it's not that many pages. I don't know. I can guess maybe 10 pages. Don't hold me accountable for that number. It may be more or less. I want google to really see this site just as they are seeing it now after the conversion. Make sure you really know what you're doing before bidding. You might have to use a generic theme. The theme I want to use has a learning curve. I can switch to it later unless you're familiar with that theme (headwaythemes). I'm really nervous about this. I'm afraid google might start dropping my rankings for switching over. Maybe you can help ease my fear since you know what you're doing.
