Create Quickbooks Export From Database

We are looking for bids on creating an automated quickbooks exporting functionality for use on our ecommerce storefront.? The backend is handled by mysql and php on an apache server.? See the project details for specifics on the data that we collect with each transaction. ## Deliverables We provide ecommerce storefronts for many businesses and we have been asked about including quickbooks exporting functionality for the transactions that flow through our storefronts.? The data that we capture with each transaction includes the following: orderDate, orderConfirmationNumber (unique value assigned to each transaction), orderStatus (new, ordered from manufacturer, shipped to customer, etc.) shippingSelection (standard, rush, overnight, etc.), shippingTrackingNumber (optional value), orderSubtotal, orderShipping, orderTax, giftCardValue, discountValue, orderTotal, orderSalesCharge (dollar amount that the business is charged by our company for processing the transaction), orderComments, giftCardUniqueId (if applicable), discountCode? (if applicable), billingFirstName, billingLastName, billingAddress1, billingAddress2, billingCity, billingState, billingPostalCode, billingPhone, billingEmail, shippingFirstName, shippingLastName, shippingAddress1, shippingAddress2, shippingCity, shippingState, shippingPostalCode, orderCanceled, orderPaid (true or false), orderPaidDate, orderShippedDate (when the order is shipped to the client), deleted (All dates are in DateTime format except the datePaid field, which is just a date field.? All money values are in float(9,3) format.? All string values are varchars. ) The process to retrieve the quickbooks export file will be as simple as clicking a button on a website that says "Quicken Export".? This resulting file should? be formatted and encoded? in a way that it? can be imported directly into **Quickbooks Pro 2006-2008**. While in development you can create a dummy table on your end that includes columns for the data fields listed above, and create the test exports using that.? Once it is ready for us to test you? will need to? provide us with a list of the data that we need to retrieve from our database, and we will write the queries? to test with? our database.? **If you do not have any previous experience with creating Quickbooks exports, please do not submit a bid.**
