Create joomla 1.5 template from graphic design (graphics already done)

Create 2 joomla 1.5 templates from a graphic provide my my graphic artist. There are 2 similar websites that this work must be done for. So you will be given 2 graphic layouts (as one large snapshot picture of each of the websites). You must take the large graphic file and cut it and put it into a joomla 1.5 template. Fonts & Colors must all be done as close to the graphic image as possible. You can use a free joomla template as a starting point if you like, but the final result cannot have an embedded links. (Some free templates come with an embedded link). I think any such link could be removed since the site will be very different once your work is complete. You must add in / install a joomla module to accept paypal orders. There should be some way to login and view the orders. When an order is place it should be able to email at least 2 email addresses with a copy of the order. If possible this should be a free module, but I am willing to pay a modest fee if a commercial one is found to be much better. Finally you must install your work into the website. It is a new website so you can also work/test on the server if you wish. You may be required to install joomla on each site first, but the hosts I am using support fantastico auto script installer. You must use the mod-rewrite version of the seo url feature built into joomla 1.5.
