Need an EXPERIENCED VIDEO PLAYER + WORDPRESS PLUGIN developer to help design a Wordpress plugin that combines an HTML5 Video Player & Email Capturing Forms. ## Deliverables Optin Video Player (Wordpress Plugin) Need an EXPERIENCED VIDEO PLAYER + WORDPRESS PLUGIN developer to help design a Wordpress plugin that combines an HTML5 Video Player & Email Capturing Forms. The video player will stream video and at the end of the video a popup IN the video player will display an email <FORM>. This will allow data to be captured and then stored in ALL major email marketing programs such as Constant Contact, Interspire, Aweber and other software's that utilize forms. The plugin needs to have a security element? Before a user can experience the plugin they must input the "activation key." This plugin will be given to various clients, so it will need to be fully functional from anyone's Wordpress website. I have scanned images of how I would like the plugin settings to function in the Wordpress Dashboard. Upon completion of the plugin, programmer will be hired to do technical support & upgrades. -HTML5/Flash -Video Player styled like [login to view URL] Modern look. (Name, Phone, Email, etc). User should be able to copy & past their email code from Aweber, Constant Contact, Interspire to the video player in the Wordpress control panel. -After user submits data into the video player form, it will say "Thank you for submit". -There will be an option in the video player wordpress settings to redirect to a URL after form submits. -Completed Video Players will be displayed in post using shortcodes OR PHP code to allow in template -User must be able to "create" and assign multiple videos/video players to assigned email capturing form. -User must be able to select which video they would like to display in a post using a plugin button in the text editor or paste shortcode -Compatible with Interspire, Contast Contact, Aweber and other email marketing softwares
