Customized Project Management System

I? need a programmer to customize an open-source program on a Linux server, creating a specialized Project Management System.

## Deliverables

I need to develop a project management system that will allow four groups of people to have access to the system. Three of these groups should be limited to seeing only their portion of the PMS. But the fourth area -- the amin area -- should be permitted to see everything and everyone.

Because my business is time-based (the service is free if not performed and delivered within a specified guaranteed period of time), it is paramount that I be able to know exactly where a project is at any time.

I need a system for the backend that will track time? totals for each client for the month.

It also needs to have an auto email feature that will email me if a job has stopped for more than 6 hours as a safeguard to make sure jobs keep progressing from group to group.
