Discussion Board Website (Similar to Craigslist) required

The website will be a discussion board, similar to the [login to view URL] platform. It will be geared towards the female market, and include groups for topic discussion, as well as subnet capability incase the website grows to the point where it can be targeted to other areas. (i.e. [login to view URL], [login to view URL] etc.). We have the platform, and the domain names. We require the following: 1. A website that has login capabilities for users, and personal inbox's 2. An admin interface which would allow advertising banners to be put up in various locations, and would allow for monitoring of # of users, traffic etc. 3. A flexible craigslist-like template which enables guest and registered user access. ## Deliverables Logo creation is required, as is site design. The website must include a secure area for users, as well as guest access and individual mailbox functionality. An admin side must be created which allows monitoring and management of users and advertising.
