Hi there. Name is Ryan Coble. I have been developing web solutions for over 6 years using all sorts of frameworks and technologies. I wanted to inform you that build a social network is hard work a lot of code. You can use frameworks to help you out but it won't be a custom social network like you are looking for. I can use just about any framework, I have experience using just about all the top ones. I would probably choose WP or Drupal because of their popularity and complexity. I am also very skilled in Javascript as it is one of my core competencies. If you are still interested in having this social network built the way you described, I can definitely get started.
