I'm looking for someone who can make a site similar to [login to view URL] + zoosk for facebook. The site will have some differences compared to zoosk but it is very similar. It should be built on either ROR or a PHP framework like CakePHP or zend. I will be providing detailed requirements and mockups. The code should be documented and structured code. Feature Requirements : 1. New Member Registration (photo upload, interest areas, captcha, email vaildation, etc) 2. Browse Profiles 3. Search Profiles (by radius distance from your location) 4. Messages (inbox/sent items/deleted items) 5. create offers 6. Credit card payment 7. Ajax chat inside the browser (like facebook or [login to view URL]) 8. Admin module (manage users, approve/reject profiles/photos, user emailing, etc). 9. SEO 10. Stats (preferably Google Analytics).
