Bring website in Top 5 Google.ca ranking for one specific keyword search result

This project has a simple scope: you need to do whatever it takes to bring our website in top five (5) search results on [login to view URL] when searching for one (1) specific keyword/keyphrase. ## Deliverables **SCOPE OF PROJECT:** This project has a simple scope: you need to do whatever it takes to bring our website [w w w . f i n e m a i d . c o m][1] in top five (5) search results on [login to view URL] when searching for the following keyword/keyphrase: "**cleaning Calgary**" (without quotation marks, of course!) Please be aware that a lower Bid will make you more likely to be awarded our project The amount agreed (i.e. the Bid value, upon accepting) will be immediately placed in escrow, and will paid after precisely 30 days from the keyword "cleaning Calgary" reaching Google top 5. (*see Guaranteed Period). Aside from the money we pay achieving Top 5 with the guaranteed period, we also offer a **Bonus of $500** for bringing the keyword in Top 3 non-sponsored results on the first page of Google.ca. TERMS AND CONDITIONS YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO WHEN BIDDING ON THIS PROJECT: 1. GUARANTEED PERIOD: keywords reaching top 5 must prove themselves for 30 consecutive days before they are eligible for payment. In other words, keywords reaching Top 5 must stay there for 30 consecutive day (** see also slippage) in order to be considered secured position, and you to get paid on the 31st day from reaching top 10. 2. PROJECT DEADLINE: You should bring the website in the required ranking for the aforementioned keyword, as quickly as reasonably possible, but no longer than seven (7) months. If seven (7) months have passed from the day we award this project to you, without you achieving the results mentioned in the scope of project, your attempt to fulfill the requirements is considered to have failed, and you will NOT be paid any money. (see below "SHORTCOMINGS"). 3. DEADLINE EXTENSION: It is at our sole discretion to decide to extend the project deadline in the eventuality that it has passed without achieving the scope. 4. PAYMENT DUE DATE: Payment becomes due after 30 consecutive days in which the keywords show up in ranking in Top 5, or Top 1, respectively (if going for the bonus) 5. PAYMENT: You agree that I (i.e. the Employer) don't owe you any money, until you fulfill the Project's Objective as described above. 6. SHORTCOMINGS ARE CONSIDERED FAILURE: You agree that you won't seek any compensation from the Employer (e.g. partial payment) if you fail to complete the Project, as described: a) keywords ranking not reaching Top 5 five, b) expiration of the seven (7) months timeframe allotted, c) keywords not maintaining ranking for 30 days aka. the guaranteed period, or d) a combination of a, b, and c above. In other words, nothing is paid for results below Top 5, failure to meet the guaranteed period requirement, and/or your taking a longer time than seven (7) months. 7. SLIPPAGE: Keywords are not allow to slip below Top 5 during the 30-day guarantee period, but they can slip within the 1 to 5 ranking (for example, if keyword is on position #4 and goes to position #5 for few days, that's OK; if it falls below position #5 that's not OK). Note: screen shots will be considered evidence, should there be any misunderstandings, doubts, or should a dispute arise. --------------------------------------------------------- **WORK NOTES:** Your work involveS: **- on site optimization**: you will be granted immediate ftp access to site. You must make all necessary on-page optimization so that the site shows "green results" for all indices when checked with Woorank (at [[login to view URL]][2]). You must not exceed (1) month to take care of this part. **- off site optimization** and backlinks building: Some conditions regarding the back links you create are below. Backlinks must be from reliable domains ONLY (NOT from directories / forums / blogs / guest books, fake article submissions, forum signatures, classified adverts, FFA pages, or links that will expire after a certain time (ads, review pages, etc.). Age of the linking website MUST BE one (1) year or more. All links must be DoFollow. All links must be submitted manually. Links you make must be permanent. ONLY direct static links (not using a redirect code of any kind e.g. javascript, meta, 302 etc). All links must be accompanied by unique and relevant informational text and no more than one (1) link on the same website. The link URL must contain only our domain name in it. All links must be on pages indexed by Google and verified with a Google search. To verify if Links are DoFollow or not, you could use the SearchStatus plugin of Firefox (a 'no follow' link is highlighted in red, unlike a 'do follow' link!) No link farms, gambling, porn, or other offensive sites, directories, articles submission, blog spam, pages loaded with Adsense ads, MouseOvers or other PageRank-hoarding tricks. You must check that there are no robot tags that will not enable the spider to crawl our site. SUBMISSION OF WORK REPORTS: It is expected that you provide a Work report each week, by the end of your Friday. Work report must be done in Excel (we will provide a Template) and must include all the important details, per columns such as URL to the page where backlink has been created, PR of the page (where the Backlink is), one-sentence description re. what the site is about, account Username and Password if you had to create, etc) **OTHER NOTES:** - You are not allowed to download, copy, or use our proprietary source code. You can only make modifications to our files on server after you describe the changes and we approve them. - You must sign an NDA agreement which I have prepared in advance - Outsourcing of this Job is not allowed in any way. You must be an entity capable handling the entire Project.
