CakePHP programmers for a training services corporation CRM.

# PLEASE DON'T WASTE OUR TIME WITH GENERIC BIDS. THEY WILL BE IGNORED. We need several programmers for the development of a site intended for managing the services of a personal training services corporation. The site will be developed using CakePHP. Work will be done using pay-per-time via VWorker. You should be comfortable with distributed software development: other members of the team will review and modify your code; you must follow coding standards (they will not be nothing unreasonable), know how to use version control software, bug tracking software and be fast communicating with others via email or IM. We are looking for individuals, although we will consider pairs if you want to use pair programming. We don't want teams at this time. Take care that we will choose several programmers for this project; it's very possible you will need to work with other coders whom you don't know. We will try to minimize the issues that can happen, but please don't bid if you are uncomfortable with this. We are also looking for quality and reliable coders with a reasonable price; if you prove that you are one of that, you will have a continuous flow of work with us. You will need to use some predefined coding standards. They are very simple and reasonable, but you will have to use them. -------- ** I attach a few docs including the current database design. One of the biggest issues of this app is solving users permissions. Each user can have several roles (coach, coachee, manager...), and to each role profile are asigned indivudual resources. There are also some resouces that are managed in a group basis. In your reply please tell use how would you handle that.
