Add affiliate code in alternative ad section

Overview of Project This project is to update a section on a pay per click Network that allows webmasters called publishers to display alternative ad code in the place of ads when our ads are not available. Before they add ad code to their website, they must select size that it will appear and color, etc. There are two alternative sections called alternative 1 and 2 as in the image i provided. If they insert any code into this, it will appear in the place of the advertisement when we do not have any ads to display. What I need We have a affiliate section as well that has banner ads that referral can use on their website. I would like to by default, put the affiliate code of the banner size that matches the ad code size into alternative ad code 1 by default. It will use default affiliate id i would also need a instructions box with next to it so i can put simple instructions next to it that tells something like “ This ads shows Affiliate banners for alternative code 1. I want to also update all existing publishers code alternative sections in database with default affiliate code. There is a section for each ad code a alternative ad 1 and 2. I want the banner ads displayed in each.
