Betting community

Hi! We wants a betting community (example: [login to view URL]) With chat, nice looking login section to get into the site and forum. with integrated solution to post picks( example: [login to view URL] / [login to view URL] etc), follow tipsers when they post new picks (e-mail/RSS-feed). We have about 30 users(will get up to max 100) that needs access to everything for free(for the bettingexperts) and then we want membership option were people can buy the picks (only gets access to the betting picks, see stats on tipsers and historical picks) example [login to view URL] etc.. Some advertising spots to bookmakers is needed. The sites isnt gonna be as big as the examples but many functions, good layout and functionality is important! Its recommended that you have been worked with something similar or you have good knowledge about all the functions thats required. The language gonna be in norwegian, but its not an requirement we can get someone to translate. The site has to be easy to manage, possible to upgrade/change and good looking. Its allowed to give some suggestions etc. Please tell me why you should get the job and would be great if you show similar work you have done. Only serious people that can show good feedback are wanted!
