Change vldPersonals to use Smarty Template Engine(repost)(repost)

I am looking someone who can **change vldPersonals use the Smarty Template Engine ** instead of it's own internal template.

Obtain an evaluation copy by means of your own choosing, and go over the code to see how it works.

The internal template file has been IonCube encoded, but I know where that can be located de-coded.
