I need a tool created that will allow me to monitor and record pop-ups generated by the advertising network Traffic Vance ([url removed, login to view]). This network generates pop-ups on the users computer via software installed on their machine. This software (Adware) can be downloaded from GameVance ([url removed, login to view]). Users install the software/toolbar to have access to free games, and as a result are shown pop ups when viewing websites.

**How Pop Ups are triggered:**
Pop-ups are shown to users with the toolbar based on the URL string displayed in the users browser. For example, advertisers using the Traffic Vance network can bid on websites such as "[url removed, login to view]" and any time a user with the toolbar visits that site, they can be shown a pop up. Pop Ups are only shown to users with the tool bar installed on their machine and the toolbar can only be installed on windows machines, usually the toolbar runs in Internet Explorer.
Pop ups are only shown every so often (3-5 times/Day) when a user is browsing the web. Also, the pop-up can be triggered by any string listed in the Address Bar, here are some examples:

**What I need the tool to do:**
I need to be able to log into the tool and input the URL(s)/keywords that I would like to monitor.
I need the tool to monitor that URL - I imagine that a simulated browser with the toolbar installed will need to visit the url over and over to trigger pop ups. Perhaps the tool will visit the url once every 2 hours or so, randomly, and monitor all pop ups displayed.
? The tool need only save the URL of the pop up that is displayed.
? The tool also needs to display how many times (frequency) it sees the SAME pop up over the period of time that it is monitoring that URL - might be a day, could be a month.
? It is likely that multiple different pop ups will be displayed when the tool is monitoring a URL.
? I will need to be able to view this data in a manageable way. The report need only be very simple?displaying the URL of the pop-up and the frequency.
? The tool will need to save this data forever and allow me to view it at a later time.
? I need to be able to input new URLs to monitor at any time.
The tool will need to be able to monitor multiple URLs at one time - 5 instances would most likely be sufficient. This may require multiple "browser" or "client" sessions to be running at the same time.
**Other Details**
This tool needs to keep a low profile. We DO NOT want to spam request to a URL or abuse the system in any way. The tool must be able to run on a Microsoft VPS.
I am open to suggestions for how best to create this tool and need someone who can understand what has to be done. Don't hesitate to ask any questions.
