Create Video Wordpress Plugin

I am interested in having a plug in or maybe 2 plugins made. I would like a plugin that adds password protection to a video that I create on my wordpress blog similar to this link [login to view URL] which was created with a higher priced software that did a lot more. Also if it could also add an optin form and buy button on or below the video that would be great, maybe this needs to be a separate plugin. Let me know what you can do. [login to view URL] This link is an overview of EVP2 it is only 6 minutes long but can do a better job of explaining what I want from the plug-in. I am interested in the "embed buynow buttons" feature,the"add optin forms feature" and the "Easily secure video content against theft" feature, and maybe some of the other features. Could you tell me if and how you could do that with one or all of the features included in the plugin.
