Article Feeds Display Script

I need a PHP driven script that can fetch latest articles from the free article directory sites on the basis of kewyord specified and display them on web page. The script should show new articles on every refresh of a web page. The script should be able to limit the number of articles shown, for example: when entered 3 to 5, the script should show between 3 to 5 articles on a web page, when entered 5 to 8, it should show between 5 to 8 articles. The article from article directory should not be modified and should contain article title and link back to source. When there are no articles for a given keyword, then it should show articles for a related keywords, and when not found for related keywords, then it should show for related categories but it must show articles, for example, when no article is found for a keyword: premade myspace themes, then it should display for a keyword: myspace, when no article found for myspace, then it should show articles for themes, and lastly, when no article found for themes, it should display for related categories, i.e. myspace, twitter, facebook or social networking.
