Changing WorldPay to Paypal for download site.

This is a very challenging project. I have been told that it is easy if I wanna pay 4 grand. lol Please read and if you think you can do it then please contact me.
Part 1: We have a website cart [url removed, login to view] that has been using WorldPay and Paypal as an Option for payment for CDs (on our English site only(but would like to do the same on the Japanese site) but of course cutting worldpay outta the picture.
Part 2: The other section to the website is the download section section cart (Yes stupid I know two different "carts" on the same site) [url removed, login to view] This is set up so that after all shopping is done you click buy and it goes directly to worldpay. This is the one I want to change to Paypal. I tried doing the express checkout for digital goods, but it takes the user back to the wrong shopping cart page, the one from the Part 1.
A lot of programmers have told me the site coding sucks and I know,but dont have the funds to renew the site with one cart and one checkout.
Sorry if this was confusing, but long story short I want only paypal for downloads and cd purchases.
