Digital Product Delivery using Pagamento Digital

Hi,

Im selling digital products, an ebook, out of a Weebly site. I use Pagamento Digital which is a Brazilian Payment provider (see here for their integration system [url removed, login to view])

I need a simple solution that sends out an email with an attachment (the ebook) when the payment is approved. I know that Weebly only accepts html, css and javascript. I also have a server on godaddy and I can use a page for this project so maybe that is a solution. I have read on a forum that some people are using phpmailer to do this.
