Administration of blogs - PHP matrix

I am looking for a freelancer who can program the following matrix in PHP: On the horizontal headline, there stand the name of the projects. On the vertical headline, there stand the names of my blog. There should be the opportunity to add new projects or domain names at the relevant headline. => The result is a matrix of domainnames and project names In each field of the matrix, there shall be the option to add a number. By clicking on a button "Save", the number of that field of the matrix is saved. In case the number is bigger than 0, the field will be colored in yellow. In case the number is bigger than 3, the filed will be colored in red. => Please find attached a dummy made in Excel In the second column, the pagerank of the domain name (from column one) shall be determined for each domain name. All domain names are Wordpress blogs. In the third column, it should be determined how much posts have been published on each domain name so far. (I own all blogs that are inserted there, so its possible to use the Wordpress credentials, if necessary) By clicking on a button "Update", the number of blogposts and the pagerank is calculated newly for each domain.
