Amazon Ebay Repricing Software

I will need software that will be able to reprice my [url removed, login to view] listings automatically based on the prices that are found for the same item (by ISBN or upc on [url removed, login to view]). This algorithm/Spider will have to look at the lowest price for the conidtion stated (New, Like New etc) on [url removed, login to view] and add or subtract a fixed percentage as needed but at the same time keeping the pricing competitive with other Amazon sellers. It would then take the new price and apply it to my [url removed, login to view] listings. This software will have to update my listing at least 3 times a day. This program should be easy to use and execute. Need someone that understands how Amazon market place works as well as how [url removed, login to view] (and Ebay) works as far as pricing items.
