We have been asked to develop a bespoke data capture system for our clients. They propose to use their own wifi access points (details below) whereby we develop a small landing page (customizable to each clients requirements) which can capture data from simple form. example: Name Age Email Terms & conditions acceptance from time to time we will need to add different fields with in the form to suit client requirements details of app Wifi landing data capture (customisable) Reporting on captured data ¿ export via CSV Sheduled reports - once a month emails clients captured data in CSV format/stats of usage Web app in php/HTML5 MySQL DB Admin section for just engineer access/ client section as described in attached document Must be able to run tablets, phones, mobile devices User login process 1. user finds network/connects 2. user submits wifi landing page fields and agrees to terms of use as shown below in PDF (connected to wifi after all fields are submitted) 3.
