Capture Login info and pass to an Internal Database

I have a website with a Login Form that allow user to input ID and password and need to pass this info to an internal system and therefore login to the internal system. The system works very well now but the new internal system now creates a Session ID and requires Users to login via this new internal system Login form.

I need help to pass the Login ID from the a website to pass through to this New Internal system that requires session ID.

The website is on an NT server.
