Cargo Tracking script and website

I would like to have a script build for my website. the script should have the following qualities. I have had a selection of disappointment from freelaancers and will only want genuine freelancers and not tine wasters, Script is needed as soon as possible. I have a software which generates codes for my shipment. I would like these codes to be used in tracking on our websites to know the status of their shipment. What i would like the script to have the following qualities 1. I would like bulk modification of tracking codes 2. I would like multiple users with user level 3. I would like tracked items to be processed and emailed, printable 4. I would like the tracked item to be visible on the website which was will be be availble 5. will be a bonus if tracked items can be linked to the social network system 6.
