Convert Flash Form Builder to Dojo Javascript form builder

Creation of java-based form builder for clients to create their own mobile device forms. Most forms are created on website, but having it work on smart devices is a must. Right now there is a flash based solution, very similar to the one at [login to view URL], but i need it to be java based. It seems the Dojo toolkit may e my best option [login to view URL] (you need to sign up for free trial or use my access codes) The idea is that there will be a display showing what the form will look like on a specific device, such as a, ipod, ipad, android tab, etc i also put together some comp ideas for an improved form builder-- one that improves upon the current form builder (see wireframe images) moving forward, there would be some back and forth, and all source code would belong to us for editing later. However, if I find an individual or team that can work well and in a timely and responsible manner, then there may be chance fo additional and ongoing work... please be honest in costs and time, and have the ability to create a java-based web app like this, one that I or someone else can add to thanks for your consideration...
