Create and APP than can check whether or not it exists on 4 email service providers

Hello, I want to build and app (perhaps php based), in which i can input a csv file with emails with the format: name1<at>facebook<dot>com name2<at>facebook<dot>com name3<at>facebook<dot>com nameN<at>facebook<dot>com And the app checks whether or not the email exists at @[login to view URL], @[login to view URL], @[login to view URL], @outlook, and as a result of the checking the app do this: 1)list which accounts weren't able to find an email address in any of the domains listed above 2) a list with the found accounts ready to export to csv or txt file 3) the app should give and statistic of how many emails were found (based on the ones that exists at least in the input one email from the domain listed above from the input csv file) and how many were not found note: the app needs to have some secure measure in terms of where its running it doesnt get blocked on any of the listed above email services domains (proxy, socks perhaps?, hidemyas vpn service enabled?)
